Description
Section 278 Works carried out on behalf of the Willmott Dixon development in Manor Royal Crawley required the construction of a bellmouth access into the site, the associated highway drainage, kerbing and surfacing. Hobart Paving liaised closely with WSCC arranging approvals of traffic management and road space bookings. The work included HRA and chipping surface course, antiskid friction surfacing in the bus lanes and the thermoplastic line marking.
We coordinated with statutory services for the lowering of services, connections to highway lighting and illuminated signage.
This work formed part of a larger contract including the SUDs paving of the carparking and slab paving surrounding the new office development.
